Yudisleidis Cabrera Moreno is a young calixteña who is always ready to give her best to help others.
However, she never imagined she would be directly helping to save lives without being a medical professional. "For me it is a unique experience, which I assumed with the responsibility that these times demand and with the best disposition to collaborate in whatever is needed".
Today she is one of the protagonists of the red zone in the isolation center set up in the pioneer camp of Cañada Honda, in the municipality of Calixto Garcia, in the province of Holguin, which maintains a complex epidemiological situation.
"I am here helping in the cleaning work and in the transfer of food to suspected patients of Covid 19, complying with the protocols of action and sure that we will come out ahead, confesses the also official of the Union of Young Communists, who did not hesitate to offer her contribution to the battle in defense of life.
Yudisleidis is one more calixteña among the many brave people who from this land of Holguin make solidarity a bulwark and who, despite the challenges of the pandemic, assumes her duty, because she is aware that it is there where she is most useful and necessary today.
